Grazy Dayz Charcuterie Bar Booking Terms & Conditions<\/b><\/h3>
  1. Booking & Deposit<\/b>
    <\/span>\u2022 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date upon booking.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Bookings made less than 7 days in advance require full payment at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Cancellation Policy<\/b>
    <\/span>\u2022 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a credit toward a future booking.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Guest Count & Final Details<\/b>
    <\/span>\u2022 Final guest count and event details must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Changes made after this deadline may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies<\/b>
    <\/span>\u2022 While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, Grazy Dayz is not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Please make us aware of <\/span>ANY<\/span> dietary needs or intolerances upon booking.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Clients are responsible for informing guests of any food sensitivities or allergies.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Setup & Breakdown<\/b>
    <\/span>\u2022 Grazy Dayz will arrive approximately 1\u20132 hours prior to the event start time for setup.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Setup and breakdown times must be coordinated in advance.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Access to venue and any required tables\/surfaces must be provided unless otherwise discussed.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Venue Requirements<\/b>
    <\/span>\u2022 Client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits outside food vendors and meets all access and safety requirements. <\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Adequate shade or cover must be provided for outdoor events to protect food quality and safety, unless already discussed and provided by us.<\/span><\/li>
  7. Safety & Behaviour\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
    • Grazy Dayz<\/span> have zero tolerance for aggressive or threatening behaviour towards our staff or our guests. If, for any reason we feel unsafe or intimidated we will immediately cease operating and leave the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • There will be no refund in the event of the above circumstance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      1. Display Equipment & Rentals<\/b>
        <\/span>\u2022 All serving boards, props, and display items remain the property of Grazy Dayz.<\/span>
        <\/span>\u2022 Missing or damaged items will be charged to the client at replacement value.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Liability<\/b>
        <\/span>\u2022 Grazy Dayz is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from consumption of food after the event end time or if improperly stored.<\/span>
        <\/span>\u2022 We are not responsible for loss or damage due to weather or venue conditions beyond our control.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Photos & Social Media<\/b>
        <\/span>\u2022 Grazy Dayz reserves the right to photograph our setup and use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please make us aware if you or guests are uncomfortable with their photos being taken.<\/span><\/li>
      4. Force Majeure<\/b>
