I was in the early stages of planning a big birthday for myself (I wont mention which one) and was desperately looking for something different, something I hadn\u2019t seen, my preference was for a lighter, flexible and sociable dining option over a formal meal or boring buffet. I wanted an experience that people wouldn\u2019t forget.<\/p><p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"870\">This has been nearly a year in the making, and I can\u2019t wait to share my vision with you and help you create yours. Most of my life has been spent in the hospitality industry so the kitchen is a familiar space.
